# Create your account and workspace > Sign up for Amomic-AI, verify your email, and create your organization — what each field on the form decides, including the billing currency you can't change later — then follow the launch checklist on Home. Source: https://docs.amomic.in/start/create-account --- Getting started takes three steps: create your account, verify your email, and create your **organization**, which is your workspace. New organizations start on the Free plan. You can upgrade from Billing at any time. ::: note Joining a colleague's workspace? Don't create an organization. Ask an owner or admin to [invite you](/console/team#invite-a-teammate), then follow the link in the invitation email. You'll sign up and land straight in their workspace. ::: ## Before you begin - Use your **work email**, or a Google account on that address. - Know **where your business is based** and **which currency you'll pay in**. The currency can't be changed after the organization is created. ## Sign up Go to `https://console.amomic.in/signup`. On **Create your account**, either: - enter **Full name**, **Email** and **Password** (at least 8 characters), then click **Create account**; or - click **Continue with Google**. **Phone number** is optional. If you add it, start with your country code. It's filled in for you later when you [verify your phone](/console/settings#verify-your-phone-number) so your phone can ring when you call a customer from a ticket. If you followed a plan link from amomic.in, such as Growth, the page says *You're starting on the Growth plan — set up your account first.* You'll be offered payment once your organization exists. ## Verify your email We email you a verification link. The **Verify your email** page waits for you: - Click the link in the **latest** email. The page checks every few seconds and continues on its own once you're verified. - **I've verified — check now** checks straight away. - **Resend verification email** sends a fresh link. It's available again after 60 seconds. - **Use a different account** signs you out, if you used the wrong address. Required. You can rename it later in [Settings](/console/settings#organization). | | **Website** | Used later to train your agent on your site. | | **Industry**, **Team size** | Helps us understand your business. Optional. | | **Where is your business based?** | Your country. It sets the country code assumed when a phone number is typed without one, and how you get phone numbers. Required. | | **Time zone** | Your workspace's clock: calls, call-backs, campaigns, live hours and your agents' sense of time all follow it. It follows the country until you change it. You can change it later in Settings. Required. | | **Billing currency** | **₹ INR** (Indian Rupees · pay by card, UPI or netbanking) or **$ USD** (US Dollars · pay by card, PayPal or wallet). Required. | ::: warning The billing currency is permanent *This can't be changed later. Your plan prices, credits and payment methods all follow it.* INR workspaces are charged 18% GST and get GST invoices from us. USD workspaces pay through Paddle, which handles sales tax or VAT. You become its **owner**. ## What happens next You'll see **You're all set**, and we send you a welcome email. - Normally, **Go to console** opens Home. - If you came from a plan link, you'll see **Continue to payment**, which opens the payment for that plan, or **Skip for now — stay on Free**. ![You're all set: Your organization is ready. Each item links to where you do it. | Item | Done when | |---|---| | **Create and customize your agent** | You've created an agent | | **Connect a knowledge base** | An agent has knowledge with content in it | | **Test your agent** | An agent has passed a test run | | **Install the web widget** | An agent is live on any channel | | **Connect another channel** | An agent is live on any channel | | **Invite your team** | At least two people are active members | The [Quickstart](/start/quickstart) takes you through the first four. ## Signing in and resetting your password Sign in at `https://console.amomic.in/login` with your email and password, or **Continue with Google**. If you've forgotten your password, click **Forgot password?**, enter your email and click **Send reset link**. The page always says *If an account exists for that email, a reset link is on its way.*, so it never reveals whether an address is registered. Open the latest email and choose a new password. It needs at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number. Your sign-in email can't be changed in the console. ## Troubleshooting **No verification email.** Check spam, and open the **latest** email if you've asked for more than one. Wait for the 60-second timer, then **Resend verification email**. **An account with this email already exists.** You've signed up before.
